What type of hair care products should I use on my extensions?

Treat this hair like your own hair. Recommended products: Dove Intense Repair Shampoo and Conditioner, Garnier Frutis "Damage Eraser" Line, Bedhead, Cantu, Organix line, Organix Moroccan Argan Oil, John Freda Frizz Ease serum,Chi Silk Infusions serum ,Silk Elements line, Biosilk products, Creme of Nature products &  Silicone Mix. Avoid using heavy greasy pomades.

How long does it last?

l00% Pure Virgin Hair can last for a very long time, depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair (take good care of it) for it to last even longer. Many hair gurus prefer our RAW Indian hair because since it is unprocessed, it can last longer than any other kind of hair. When/How do I wash it?

It Is highly recommended to wash your extensions with sulfate free products, deep condition, apply light oil and allow to air dry prior to installation this also gives the consumer a first hand interaction with this gorgeous RAW hair. Initial co-wash restores hairs natural oils and moisture allowing it to remain soft, bouncy and tangle free. Co-washing is essential once every 1-2 weeks when wearing the hair constantly. Co-washing and applying light weightless oils is essential if the hair has been chemically treated or colored it should be done more frequently in this case to prevent drying and breakage.

How many bundles do I need?

For inches 12-18 we suggest 2-3 bundles. For inches 18-26 we suggest 3-4 bundles. For inches 26-32 we suggest 4-5 bundles. It is all up to the discretion of the customer how many bundles to use. These are suggestions, but how many bundles you need solely depends on your own personal preference for thinness or thickness. Keep in mind the longer the length the thinner the bundle, that is why number of bundles for use vary.

Can I go swimming?

Of course! You may go in swimming pools and hot tubs. It is best to wash the hair right after swimming. Avoid getting hair in salt water as the salt can take all the moisture out of the hair and it will lead to tangling of the hair. Never braid your hair to swim. It is best to wear it down.

Can I color this hair?

Yes, as it is l00% virgin human hair which is not processed in any way. You can color the hair as often as you'd like (Be careful not to over process hair). It is always advised to have a Licensed Hair Professional color the RAW Extensions.

Can the Curly Hair Straighten and Curl Pattern Sustain?

Better Made Bundles is 100% Virgin and versatile so yes our curly textures may be bone straightened and restore natural wave patterns, however excessive straightening and chemically treating the hair may result in loosening the natural wave pattern since the extensions are no longer alive, minimal heat damage and chemicals will keep the natural waves lively.

How long does it take for me to receive my order after it is placed?

 Please allow us 7-10 business days (max)  to receive an order, but it can arrive as soon as 2 days depending on the state it is being delivered.

Return/Exchange Policy:

For health and safety reasons, there are absolutely No REFUNDS. Our hair is carefully inspected before we send it to our most valued customers. Therefore if the hair does not meet our BETTER MADE standards we will then exchange the unworn/unused hair within 5 business days. The hair must be in the same state as when it was purchased NO Exceptions.
